Detailed description of Diablo Hills Golf Course
Diablo Hills Golf Course is a Public 9 hole golf course located in Walnut Creek, California. The course is sits just five minutes from I-680 and downtown Walnut Creek across from John Muir Medical Center
The course was designed by Robert Muir Graves. Diablo Hills first opened for play in 1968.
Par for the course is 34. From the back tees the course plays to 2,302 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 2,173 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 8, a par-5 that plays to 489 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 4, a par-3 that plays to 88 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 5, a 323 yard par-4 challenge and the #2 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 4, a 88 yard par-3.</p>

Let's just say this course blows. I mean blows! They need to just blow it up and build more condos. The price condition and overall fun factor are not existent. Diablo hills I am laughing at your facility.

If you get an on-line rate, this is a fun course but probably not worth the regular price. Fairly short course but fun for less advanced players.

Great course for older golfers and beginners. Low stress, no embarrassment here. A fun course and can be played in two hours or so. Good restaurant and they are re-building the clubhouse. Convenient location and good parking. No need to dress up for this course. Lots of geese for atmosphere! Owner a very nice fellow and cares about his players. Not much competition for 9 holes in this area so this one is very convenient.
Across the street from a fine hospital in case one has a medical problem while playing!! Just saying...
